In general, she is studying to be a journalist, and they gave her a course work there on the topic “superstitions of journalists as a phenomenon of post-folklore” (she didn’t choose it herself, but they gave her something like this). But there is a problem – you need to find various superstitions and signs of these same journalists. But there are only a few journalists I know, and those who do have really no signs. Therefore, I turn to you, dear friends!

I also studied to be a journalist, did an internship on local TV, and there was a sign not to speak"last" in relation to release, “extreme” – yes, “last” – no. But this sign seems to be found not only among journalists.
In general, I recently thought that in the modern world there are practically no new superstitions (I don’t remember any at least), all the old ones somehow come to mind: a cat across the road, a woman with empty buckets… Probably, the world is getting rid of superstitions little by little, if only by not inventing new ones.
Show-off is unlikely if a person actually started and worked with this technique for a very long time. Difficult to change from one type to another. You actually lose all the progress you’ve made with technology.
